Mr. Bob Davis, Project Development

Bob Davis has been with CCET since 2008 working on developing project ideas and getting projects started. He has contributed to several project developments including CCET/IEEE student design contest, Discovery Across Texas project, Clean Cities' Community Readiness and Planning for Plug-in Electric Vehicles and Charging Infrastructure project, and a white paper on Issues and Opportunities of PEVs in the Texas electric market. Bob has more than 30 years in environmental consulting and contracting having directed projects in six different countries with a focus on electric generation. He lives near San Saba, Texas.

Prior to joining CCET as a contractor, Bob and his wife were missionaries to Mexico where they developed a camp near Mexico City for youth and families. Before that Bob was a senior staff scientist with Radian Corporation consulting on a number of environmental assignments, including an engagement in Mexico where he focused on environmental impact assessment and air quality issues.

Ms. Lori Lynn Wincek, Assistant to President & COO

Lori Lynn Wincek serves as Assistant to President & COO for CCET. Lori is responsible for the accounting including accounts payable and receivable, quarterly and annual financial statements and annual audits, maintaining and updating CCET's website, information technology, coordinating both internal and external meetings, administrative support to the President and COO including arranging travel, preparing expense reports and monitoring incoming mail.

Prior to joining CCET, Lori was a financial analyst for a major corrugated packaging company. During 13-years in accounting, Lori has held various accounting positions including accounting manager, general staff accountant, and project support specialist. Originally from California, she has called Austin home for the past 5 years. Lori is a graduate of Utica College of Syracuse University in Utica, New York with a degree in Criminal Justice - Economic Crime Investigation with an emphasis on Financial Investigation.
